Becoming Stage 3 The Entrepreneur
Description
While a business person is "Doing" an occupation or trade, the "Entrepreneur" owns or operates a business, or multiple businesses. They usually take on grater than normal financial risk in order to do so. Entrepreneurs focus on connecting the solutions to the problems. An Entrepreneur understands their market, has a deep passion for their industry, and knows all the stakeholders. They must understand Marketing, commission and implement optimizations, and refine the over all user experience for the organization.
The Entrepreneur understands the 5 phases of growth and motivate their organization through them. Their effort is focused on what internal and external relationships and needed hierarchies. They have to understand the methods, regulations, sequences and penalties regarding the organization and they do so much more.
