The Leader is focused on maturing the business by establishing formal processes and optimizing the workflow. A Leader must help people to recognize and promote the traits we have and those we need for success. They use a mix of visionary and management principals to do so. They must understand and maintain the relationships needed to see the vision through.
A visionary leader is tasked with the responsibility of establishing predictable procedures, develop higher levels of effectiveness in the workers and system, and refining the processes for exacting control. This is required for success. The leader has the authority because of they are the principal player in the group management, and have an intimate understanding of the market. They motivate and organize effort for the goals of the group.
This 2 hour course is broken into 2 webinars. Here's a few things we will cover.
