We Have to Start Somewhere
Every road to peace begins with one footstep. This means we have to stop isolating ourselves at some point and give a voice to the pain we have.
Trust in the Process
For many of life's problems there are standard processes and practices that have been developed to eliminate them. Trust in the process can go a long way.
Enjoy the Rewards of Hard Work
Once we have overcome our issues and found the tools needed to manage our problems, we can celebrate and share the fruit of our labor, knowledge and wisdom.

What If you had a chance to change the world?
Only the people "crazy" enough to believe they can change the world actually do. What we often use to stop ourselves is usually thoughts like, "the work's too hard, or I don't think I can stand the pain." What we don't know is that healing doesn't require us to get a degree. The only hard part is committing to the process. Through the arts we make the process of healing more comfortable, that way committing to it is a breeze. Once we can self examine and release negative attachments the fun begins and, we start to understand ourselves better and how it's our birthright to make our lives and world as beautiful as we want them to be.

Science has proven that when we find ways to manage the stress associated with these negative experiences, we build more resilience and over the long term live better lives. Art is the best means for healing.
